Events Display

An event gives you one day, and the room decides what it thinks of you in the first ten seconds. Most of that is display.

The practical constraints are unusual: everything has to travel, go up without tools, survive being handled by whoever is available, and come down in twenty minutes. That rules out a lot of what looks good in a rendering. We specify for the actual space, the actual load-in time and the actual crew, and we size type for the distance it will be read from rather than for the artwork on screen.

We also make the small things nobody remembers until the morning of: nametags, table talkers, brochure stands, a selfie frame that ends up in every photograph taken that day.
