Most corporate merchandise fails in the same way: someone picks from a catalogue, orders 500, and four hundred of them sit in a store room. The item was chosen before anyone asked who it was for.

We start at the other end, who receives it, where they will use it, and what they already have too many of. A branch network that spends its day outdoors needs different merchandise from a boardroom gift, and both need different branding processes. A ceramic mug is sublimated, a metal flask is laser-marked, a tote is screen printed. Getting that pairing right is the difference between merchandise that survives a year and merchandise that peels in a month.

It varies by item: some are viable from a handful of units, others only make sense in volume because of setup. Tell us the quantity you have in mind and we will tell you straight whether it works.

Can you source a specific item we have seen?

Usually. Send a picture or a link and we will tell you whether we can get it, what it will cost, and whether there is a better-made equivalent.

How do you match our exact brand colour?

Send your brand guidelines or the Pantone reference. Different processes and materials hold colour differently, so we will tell you up front where an exact match is achievable and where it is close.
